The origins of Yoga can be traced back over 4000 years ago
to India. Although it has been continually practised since then
it has become much more widespread in the last century.
Yoga claims to focus the mind, balance the emotions and strengthen
the spirit. Physically it can give you glowing health by strenthening
your bones and joints, increasing your overall flexibility and
engery levels. you progress at your own individual pace and
the essence of the true yoga practice is to listern to what
your body tells you.
